American West bought them and things have been given to the void of clueless kids that have no understanding of either the word “customer” or “service” much less knows how to put the term into effective use.
They shut off our Viking Bank debit card knowing that the replacement card was mailed twice to the wrong address even through we have given them the correct address over 6 times in the last 6 months.
we never carry cash, nor do we write checks, it’s all debit card which was fine until the ‘can’t find our way out of a paper bag with both ends open and arrows pointing the path’ crew took over.
Also in moving everything to American West computers they didn’t transfer any, 0, not a mark of history before 5/8.
No they really didn’t import the history and have left customers with no access to any transaction older than 5/8/2012 (you can call and beg them to print a history for you ti pick up.
we are wondering if they have treated business customers the same way as personal account.
we had them on speaker phone when our card wouldn’t process and the people that listened to the conversation agreed about how rude he was while speaking to us.
We might not be so worked up about their treatment and the huge errors in doing business if we wasn’t 6 days post op of 2+ hours of surgery putting a very broken and torn left elbow back together.
