TweetTweetWe have just talked about the US and Australian Apple vs Samsung lawsuits, but these two companies are fighting it out in other regions of the world including Europe and Asia.

Samsung’s Galaxy Tab 2
design isn’t bad, but it’s not on the same level as the iPad.

This is the case with the Galaxy Tab 7.7: if Apple chooses to enforce the ban, it should theoretically come into force everywhere in Europe.

However, the court also upheld an earlier decision stating that the Galaxy Tab 10.1N — itself a revised model that Samsung created to work around design infringements — did not copy Apple’s designs.

Apple was granted two preliminary injunctions in June; one blocking the sale of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablet, and the other blocking the sale of the Galaxy Nexus smartphone.

We’ll be back with more news on this legal battle of impressive proportion, as it’s the kind of fight between titans that could affect the whole mobile environment.
